About Dr. A's Drumming and Wellness
Dr. Bryan Abernethy
Founded by Dr. Bryan Abernethy, a retired school administrator, teacher, multi-sport coach, and drummer with over 30 years of drumming experience. The drumming and wellness program blends traditional drumming instruction with rhythmic wellness to improve physical and mental health, targeting conditions such as neuropathy, obesity, high blood pressure, and anxiety. Services are available in-person and virtually. Options for general drum lessons and wellness-focused rhythm sessions are available.
